We are pleased to announce new functionality on GISCARTA. Now any user can protect their map with a password. In this post we will tell you in more detail and show how to do this.
Protecting your project or your web map with a password is quite simple using GISCARTA. In the upper right corner of the screen, you can click on the Publish button. Then enable public access for your project and below you can enter the password. You can enter any text or numbers. And after entering the password, your web map will not be accessible to those who do not know the password. All logged in users will see a password entry screen. And only after successfully entering the password users will be able to view your project
